With the growing emphasis on college readiness, the pressure is on schools to prepare students for life after high school. ScholarPrep serves to bridge the gap between students, parents, and counselors to prepare for the college and scholarship application process.

The ScholarPrep Organizer is part of a comprehensive college planning, organizing, and tracking system for students. It covers every section that a student will encounter on a college or scholarship application, it provides helpful tips and information, helps students set goals and tracks everything that they will need to fill out applications.

ScholarPrep gives students a competitive advantage as they compete for college acceptance and the scholarships they need to pay for their education.

We provide custom tailored programs to each district. Some examples of the models schools have used include:

Purchasing Organizers for all incoming freshman, to be distributed at the beginning of each fall. One district worked with community businesses and organizations to cover 100% of the cost.
Providing Organizers to all incoming 9th graders to be distributed at the beginning of each Fall
Hosting workshops and seminars geared towards students that are often hard to reach.
Partnering with community based organizations to cover 100% of the costs of books for incoming 9th grade scholars
Conducting 1-on-1 monthly check-ins and engaging parents in the academic journey planning

HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM PROGRAM

The Curriculum Edition of ScholarPrep is a great option for schools that want to provide organizers for an entire class or for all of their high school students. These organizers are more affordable and can be custom printed with your school’s logo and colors. The Curriculum Edition contains the same information and tracking pages included in our Portfolio Edition.
